In a recent development in Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas‘ divorce battle, the 27-year-old Game of Thrones actress is seeking to dismiss a lawsuit she previously filed against the 34-year-old Jonas Brothers singer.
In a lawsuit filed September 2023, Sophie accused Joe of “wrongful retention” of their daughters, Willa (3 years old), and Delphine (1 year old), following their separation. Subsequently, a temporary custody agreement was reached a few weeks later.

Entertainment Tonight (ET) pointed out that the dismissal of the case by Turner could potentially facilitate a smoother process for finalizing their divorce. Currently filed in Miami Dade County, Florida, the divorce proceedings are temporarily halted until matters related to custody are resolved.

After beginning their divorce proceedings on a rocky note, the estranged couple appears to have found common ground. They successfully negotiated an agreement for the recent holidays, signalling a cooperative approach amid their separation and co-parenting schedules.
